Product development

We have a very good Merchant team , with professional Guidance to make the Fit sample , development samples , pp samples etc ...

Our merchants frequently visit the national or international fairs to get updated about the new fabrics , trends , new techniques , it will help us to present our buyers with trendy collections.

Quality control,

We have a very good qulity control team under professional guidance by our MD. They have conducting frequent inspection on the floor production line itself , it will control all issues when its arises.

We are doing the all basic tests

1) Dimentional stability to washing
2) Colour fastness to washing
3) Colour fastness to crocking
4) Spirality
5) GSM

Apart from that , all other tests we are utilising SGS or ITS ,since its needed special purpose machines.

Production planning

We plan based on that product ,which factory to allocate and based on the buyers delivery schedule, doing he daily monitoring the production status.To achieve the delivery date with desired quality level , we do frequent production analysis to ensure the delivery schedule is on track.

Our working procedures as below

Properly study the tech pack
Check the patterns
Proto samples to check the fitting and measurements accuracy to seal the pattern.
Size sets in all sizes are made and check before and after washing
Pre-production meeting to be organised and check the size sets and seal for production.
Pilot run for ensure the correctness in all manners.
Ensure and educate the line qc’s for product analysis’s already found during the sampling.
One qc will be posted and conduct the inspections , their reports will be monitored by qc manager.
Final random inspection will be conducted after the packing completed.

The shipment is ready to ship to the buyers destination.
Our logistic team will take care of all vessel booking and sailing schedule , this will be shared with and get approved by the buyers.
